Warranty Policy

The following warranty policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions of use.

Each product sold by Oasis Tank is warranted for 1 year from the date the customer receives the product. The warranty extended by our company is solely and exclusively against operational damage and does not cover in any way the misuse of the product by the user or products that have been modified. To make the warranty valid, a copy of the invoice for the purchase of the product and the warranty request must be presented, in which the inconvenience or failure of the product must be detailed in writing. Any failure reported in a period equal to or less than 72 hours may opt for a change of product or refund if the failure is certified by our Technical Department. The change of product does not include the accessories (unless they are the cause of the malfunction) and the packaging must be in good condition. The change of the product will be subject to Oasis Tank's stock. Oasis Tank does not grant a warranty on products with any damage, see Return Policy for more details.

If the failure or inconvenience is not reported within this period, the customer still has 362 days available in which to report any product failure or defect. Oasis Tank’s customer service will provide the customer with the support needed to repair the product as well as instruction for the return of the product to Oasis Tank’s facilities if needed. All shipping costs (freight, taxes, export costs, import and/or export costs) are taken by the customer.

When repairing any damage or failure that the product may have, the damaged component will be repaired in the first instance and as a second option, the component will be replaced, NOT the whole product (i.e. water tank).

Repairs within the warranty period are at no cost to the customer. Outside the warranty period, Oasis Tank can provide product repair service according to our availability and the cost associated with the repair will be defined by Oasis Tank. The company will inform the customer of the cost of the repair prior to the repair itself.

Return Policy

The following return policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions of use.

The customer understands and accepts that claims for damaged merchandise because of the transportation, delivery and return process, made by companies other than Oasis Tank, must be made to the company in charge of the transportation service.

Products that the user wishes to return on behalf of Oasis Tank may be returned only with the written consent of Oasis Tank. The user can send its return application at info@oasistank.com. To apply for any product return, the following conditions must be met:

- The return of the product can be made in case the customer is not happy with the product, has received the wrong product or with any quality defect (any flaw in the product that attempts against its proper functioning according to the criteria that Oasis Tank establishes). -Provide a copy of the invoice. - The notification of the return must be made within 3 days after receiving the product. - The product must be returned to Oasis Tank's premises or warehouse within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the product, for customers outside the US the time is extended for a total of 10 days. - The product must be in resalable condition (new, unused and in its original and closed packaging). The decals must be glued and not damaged, the product must be free of bumps or scratches and the accessories: installation kit, hose with shower or valve and 12V male electrical cable must be complete and in perfect condition, as delivered). - The product was not manufactured as part of a special order for the customer. If the product is received without prior approval and is subsequently found not to meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the customer.

Oasis Tank will give the customer special instruction to issue the return of the product. If the product has any damage or was incorrectly sent, Oasis Tank will cover all shipping costs (within the 3 day period). If the customer wants to return the product because he or she did not like it, the customer will need to pay all shipping costs (freight, taxes, export costs, import and/or export costs).

Once the 3 days after receiving the product have elapsed, Oasis Tank is released from any responsibility to make any product exchange or money refund. If the request is made within the time limit and once the return is accepted, Oasis Tank will generate a credit note to be applied to the customer's account or future purchases. Oasis Tank will make a refund on the same card from which the purchase was made.

The customer will have 30 minutes from the time of purchase to cancel the purchase. In case of not being carried out in this period, Oasis Tank is released from the responsibility to make refunds.
